HOA Dues are assesed 2 times a year, spring and autumn. HOA Dues are used to cover expenses for pool, basketball, tennis, common ground maintenance, and operations.

Payment can be done by:

1. Mailing a check payable to “FCE HOA” with your address or account # on the check memo then send to:
   CMC Associa
   c/o FCE
   P.O. Box 10821
   Chantilly, VA 20153

2. Fill the auto payment form provided by CMC Associa HERE and mail the form with void check.

   You can also pay on the TownSquare app/web portal Be aware that using TownSquare payment option for HOA Dues, TownSquare will charge you a fee to make the payment.

FCE residents can make payments monthly instead of 2 times a year if preferred. Email to contact @ fcepoolandtennis.org to request that arrangement and check the option for monthly on the auto payment form.
